It is legal for parents to use Auto Forward to monitor their children and for employers to monitor the company owned devices of employees. For companies to use the software it is almost always necessary to gain the consent of the employee prior to installing monitoring software on the device. Parents are permitted to monitor the activity of their underage children. It is legal for a person to monitor the cell phone of another person as long as that person i fully aware and consents to having their phone monitored. Apple devices do not require that you have physical access to the device and therefore, can be monitored remotely provided you have the Apple ID and password of the device. Access is required if 2FA is enabled on that device.
Possession of the Android phone you want to monitor for approximately 2-3 minutes is required to install the app. Once the app has been installed you will not need to have possession of the phone again unless an update or malfunction on the monitored phone requires the app to be reinstalled.
Yes. By default, the Auto Forward icon will appear in the Applications menu (screens and/or pages) and also in the Applications Manager menu. The icon cannot be removed and will remain visible unless Auto Forward is uninstalled from the monitored device.
On the Android device, rooting of the monitored phone is required to retrieve emails and Incoming messages from Facebook, Instagram, Snachat, WhatsApp and Skype.
