Refund and Rebilling Policy
You will be billed the agreed-upon monthly subscription rate until canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
No refund is due after the Free Trial period ends.
To cancel your subscription
To cancel your subscription please notify us via email at [email protected]/ddi. Be sure to provide your username so we may locate your transaction quickly. Your cancellation will be effective within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of your email and all further billings will terminate.
Refunds for subscriptions
You may request a refund by submitting an email to [email protected]/ddi. Upon receipt of your email our refunds department will process your refund and all further billings will stop. Your refund will apply to the last billing period billed. Example: if your subscription starts on the second of the month and you have been billed successfully, your refund will apply to the payment received on that date. No previous periods will be refunded.
We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase and employ a technical staff that is here to assist with whatever issues you may have using our software. We encourage you to contact our staff for support as we will not grant refunds for reasons such as, misunderstanding the use of the software, the software is being used on an unsupported device, you changed your mind, technical difficulties that can be solved by our support team and reasons similar. A refund will, however be granted if our support team is unable to resolve any issue you may have with the functionality of our software that is being used on a compatible device provided that you contacted our support team about the issue within 30 days of the date of purchase.
